If you lose your key and are unable to have a new one made, contact us. We may have to cut your lock.

You may rent a unit for a single month. Some of our clients have rented the same unit for decades. We operate on a month-to-month basis.
A win for us is when you and your loved ones have a perfect storage experience at Mainstay, and we never have to take measures towards eviction. However, on the occasion that a payment is missed, our protocol is as follows: There is a 6 day grace period. On the 7th day, a red lock will be placed on the unit until the bill and the initial late fee ($10) are paid. Each missed bill cycle will result in a $25 penalty. At the beginning of the third consecutive month missed, the contents in the unit will be sold to an auction. This is a lose-lose situation. In these cases, we always lose money, and there’s nothing we hate more than to see someone forfeit their belongings.
